• USER EXPERIENCE

We were required to conduct research on user experience from an e-commerce application for this task. Our group leader, Eva, suggested I do KillStar US for the application because they sell similar items to ours, and here is the design research for the KillStar US application:

REFLECTIONS: 

It was difficult for me to complete the individual report because I am an entertainment design student who is unfamiliar with ui/ux. However, Eva assisted me greatly during this task because she knew that entertainment design students would struggle with this module.

Otherwise, I am thrilled to be a part of this semester's module. I finally understand the difference between good and bad ux design in applications.
