PRACTICAL

Week 3 (20/01/2022) : Instructable Poster

Our lecturer (Ms Anis) presented us with Projects 1 and 2 about instructable posters and poster animation as our final project this week. She told us and showed us some internet references about this recipe poster to give us several options and ideas before we started working on it. Here are a few examples:

However, I found that poster to be a bit bland and uninteresting, so I decided to look for and use other references that Ms Anis provided to us that I found to be extremely unique and much simpler yet less complicated for people to learn, and here are some examples:

Week 4 (27/01/2022) : Instructable Poster Progression

Ms Anis required us to create and submit our poster sketches, as well as receive her feedback on that poster, before we could begin to illustrate and begin this project. So I decided to use my own sketch inspired by Figures 1.3 and 1.4 to create a simple yet sophisticated food recipe poster. And here's my design:

Ms Anis said the poster looked good and was ready to be illustrated, so I decided to start illustrating it. I also use Adobe Illustrator to illustrate the ingredients or materials on their own to assist me in handling the detail parts of this poster.

Week 5 (29/01/2022) : Animation Progression

I want something different from my original infographic for the animation. I'd like to make a short movie animation for the recipe. For this motion infographic, I used a very simple animation and transition, but I used and utilised the entire animation with extreme detail and a high quality transition.

In order to improve the animation quality using I Movie, I also need to add and insert background music into the video. I used non-copy righted background music that I found on the internet. I didn't use Premier Pro because I hadn't downloaded it yet, so I used I Movie instead, which performed the same function.
