INSTRUCTIONS
PRACTICAL
Week 6 (14/02/2022) :
We were tasked and assigned this week to finalise our idea in the form of a presentation as well as our final idea, which could be a physical product or a digital form of result. Our group must finalise our lecturer-approved idea and continue working on the project's final product.
For our group's final product or result, we decided to design an educational and interactive infographic poster. We're using a timeline infographic to educate and inform people about nyepi in a fun way. Not only that, but we also elaborated and summarised why we chose infographic for our final project and used a digital product as our outcome, whereas the other group finalised their idea using a physical product.
We decided to divide our work in order to work more efficiently, and the following is the list:
- Luisa : Illustration, Contents and Presentation Slides
- Azka : Sketches, Animation, and Instagram
- Hansel : Illustration and Presentation Slides
- Raegan : Illustration and Presentation Slides
- Ivy : Illustration and Instagram
- Xin Yan : Illustration and Instagram
Week 7 (16/02/2022) : Infographic Progression
This week, we'll be working on finalising our final idea and finalising
our product with the entire group. We are assigning tasks to each member
so that we can complete our final project on time. We began by creating
and selecting one of several option sketches for our infographics,
eventually settling on Luisa's infographic sketch.

We determined that Luisa's sketch is the most appropriate sketch and
poster design for our final project because her design appears fun and
interactive, which is consistent with our goal of explaining and
educating people about nyepi in a fun and interactive manner.

- Infographic Illustration Progression :
From now on, we'll divide our work: Luisa and I will handle the
sketches and poster composition, while the rest of the team will focus
on the illustration. We began to sketch our infographic elements to
finish this project. To create a unique style of infographic, I chose
to draw a very simple rough sketch:

Luisa will then take over my sketches to finalise them before
converting them to illustration. Luisa cleaned up my sketch before it
was continued in the form of illustrations by other team members. Here

- Infographic Illustration Progression 2 :
Following that, we will continue with our illustration. This task
will be taken over by Luisa, Raegan, Hansel, Ivy, and Xin Yan. They
will proceed to illustrate and draw the final illustration, as well
as compose the entire infographic design. The Adobe Illustration
Progression for this project is as follows:

And here is the final outcome of our interactive infographic. We
chose this colour palette because of the diverse nature of our
audience. We attempted to use a colour that is both neutral and
appealing to people of all ages so that people will be drawn to it.

Week 7 (16/02/2022) : Instagram Progression
Because the infographic will not be able to be presented to a large number
of people, we decided to find another way to promote and educate people with
a large number of people. We intended to make a short animation about nyepi
based on our infographic. Due to a number of issues and inconveniences, we
decided to change the plan and replace it with the creation of an
educational Instagram account, which I will manage alone while the rest of
the team will handle the presentation slides.

We also added several Instagram stories so that we could easily educate
people via our Instagram storey account. Learning will be more enjoyable
and effective for people of all ages and a larger audience this way. I
created the animation in Adobe After Effects with a very simple but
aesthetically pleasing animation, and here are some of the final
results:

REFLECTION
What are the 3 key thing that I learnt from this module? :
- I learnt how to communicate well with team members.
- I learnt how to work and handle people in the same group as me.
- I learnt how to combine people's idea with mine.
What are my strengths in this module? :
- My versatility in both my design and as an individual in my team is undeniably one of my strengths in this module. I could survive in any condition or obstacle, and even if my team members were not cooperative enough, I could still survive in this module with Luisa.
What are my weakness in this module? :
- In this module, time management was my worst enemy. It was extremely difficult to keep up with two different modules in such a short semester. We must attend class, work on various assignments, and finally complete this module. My time management was having a significant impact on my performance in this module.
How have I changed after taking this module? :
- After attending this module, I believe that my communication skills and ability to work with others are improving. While communicating for this group for this module, my leadership skills have also improved.
If I could improve this module, it would be.... :
- My time management, I could've done better with this module if I had better time management and prioritized it. If I could prioritize this module, the outcome would be better.
